What we do
Electrical work for the whole home
Panels, damaged mast/meter, Generac generators, lighting, safety inspections and more.
Signature work
Panel and service upgrades, done professionally
Heat pumps, induction ranges, EV chargers and finished basements require a significant amount of power. Load calculations are sometimes needed to meet these requirements. It is my job to make sure the information I acquire is relayed back to you, so we can size your service to meet your utility needs.

Before the ice
Before the ice: mast, meter and panel evaluation
Ice and wind deteriorate your home's service all winter. The weatherhead, mast and meter socket belong to the homeowner, so a bent or unsecure mast, damaged wire, or a rusty meter bank is essential to repair before a storm hits.

Questions
Questions homeowners ask
Is Faith Electric licensed in New Hampshire?
Yes. Faith Electric is run by a licensed New Hampshire Master Electrician, NH Master Electrician License #15147. Electrician since 2014, Master since 2022, and you can look the license up with the NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification.
Which towns do you serve?
Manchester, Bedford, Londonderry, Merrimack, Amherst, Derry. That is Greater Manchester, and all of our work is in New Hampshire.
How much does a panel upgrade cost in New Hampshire?
It depends on the home, and we put the number in writing before any work starts. The biggest factors are the service size, whether the meter socket or mast changes too, how many circuits need today's protection, and whether the panel can stay where it is.
How does an estimate work?
You send a request or call, we set a time to look at the job, and you get a written estimate before any work starts. The written estimate spells out the plan and the price, so you can decide with everything in front of you.
Do you handle the permit and the utility?
Yes. Faith Electric pulls your town's permit, sends the service request to your utility (Eversource in Manchester) when the job needs one, and schedules the inspection.
A storm damaged my service mast. Who fixes it?
Your utility owns its wires and the meter. The weatherhead, mast and meter socket belong to you, so a licensed electrician repairs them, the town inspector approves the work, and then the utility reconnects. We handle that whole order.
Does New Hampshire require whole-house surge protection?
No. New Hampshire took that requirement out of its edition of the electrical code on July 1, 2025. A surge protector is still a worthwhile upgrade, and we can add one if you want it.
Which electrical code does New Hampshire follow?
The 2023 National Electrical Code with New Hampshire's own amendments, in force since July 1, 2025. Your town's inspector checks the work against it.
Who actually does the work?
The licensed Master Electrician who quotes it. Faith Electric is owner-run, so the electrician who looks at your job is the one who wires it and stands behind it.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A single outlet, a switch, a light fixture or a breaker that keeps tripping is welcome work, the same as a panel or a generator.
When can I reach you?
Calls are answered Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM, and we reply to estimate requests the same business day. For a weekend emergency, send a request by email.
Do you work in Massachusetts?
No. Faith Electric is licensed in New Hampshire and works only in New Hampshire.
Request your written estimate.
Tell us about the job and we reply the same business day. We set a time to look at it, you get a written estimate before any work starts, and the work starts only when you say go.
